Admiral Graf Spee leans entirely on raw main-gun firepower as a heavy cruiser. Her class-exclusive gun fires in a wide, easy-to-land arc that hits hard on its own even before her skill kicks in, which adds up to 35% more damage against destroyers and light cruisers. Her alpha strike is a big forward volley that can chunk a target when it all connects.

The tradeoff is nearly nonexistent anti-air and the slow speed typical of heavy cruisers, so she needs escort ships or speed gear to stay safe from air attacks.
