Is Black Heart good?
A heavy cruiser whose main guns ignore enemy armor type, so an AP loadout keeps doing solid damage to light and heavy armor alike. Every 20 seconds she has a 40% chance to fire a wide barrage laced with AP shells, which clears small fry and suicide boats well.
That barrage comes around far more often than most heavy cruiser barrages, but you can't count on it. She's a steady pick for farming normal maps with mixed enemy types.
