Is Chise (Swimsuit) good?
A crowd-control striker whose 6-cost EX fires three grenades that damage and stun their targets and nearby enemies, with double damage and longer stuns against enemies already under CC. Her normal skill stuns again every 50 seconds, and her sub skill makes the EX apply Chill.
She's useful against Hovercraft and Hod, and pairs with 
Reijo for Chokmah, but raid bosses that can't be CC'd shut her down.
