A 2-star support whose 3-cost EX damages an area and leaves a smokescreen that cuts enemy accuracy for 20 seconds, including enemies who walk in later. Her normal skill hits the furthest enemy and lowers its accuracy too, which lets her pick at backliners in PVP.
Her sub skill can cut healing received, and all these debuffs help in fights that count debuffs, especially with attack speed buffers like 
Ritsu or 
Chinatsu (Hot Spring).
