Is Renge good?
A Sonic sniper whose 3-cost EX hits a cone and burns everything in it, one of the few AoE damage-over-time attackers, which gets her used in some Joint Firing Drill rounds.
Her normal skill adds 37.6% ATK every 30 seconds and her sub skill adds extra hits during that buff. 
Hanako (Swimsuit) covers the Sonic AoE role better in most places.
