Is Toki good?
An Explosive attacker whose 2-cost EX switches her into Abi-Eshuh mode, permanently raising her ATK, accuracy and dodge and turning her next three EXs into very strong AoE attacks that ignore 60% of DEF.
Using the first EX right at the start is ideal, but the mode ends after three uses, so timing takes planning. She's the best attacker for urban Hieronymus and often ahead of 
Hina (Dress) on urban maps.
