Julie provides low-cost, sustained healing over a long six turns, and being a 3-star unit makes her easy to fully limit-break, so she's a handy early pick. That sustained style gets little use once most fights end quickly, and 4-star Lisianne's instant healing is generally more convenient once you have her.
