Is Rafina good?
Rafina's Code Name A hits in an X pattern and cuts the target's defense, playing much like 
Kry's Unleashed Plunderer with a different element attached. Steel Engine hits in a cross pattern and strips barriers and energy guards, an effect that was unique to her at launch, and it performs especially well against fire-element enemies in several story chapters as well as in PvP.
Her SP costs run heavy, and 4-star Kry offers similar utility while being easier to use overall.
