Introduction

Tan-2 is a 5-star Solar character in Destiny: Rising. Tan-2's weapon type is Primary: Scout Rifle, Power: Sniper Rifle and role is Support.

Is Tan-2 good?

Tan-2 can flex between dealing damage and supporting the team, which gives a squad extra flexibility mid-fight. His overlap with another top Support comes down to a trade-off: stronger healing and buffs, but a smaller effective range.

In PvE those sniper precision shots translate into serious boss damage, though in PvP snipers only pay off if you can consistently land your shots. That high ceiling kit is why he's rated S.

  • Blessing of Dusk

    Super

    Leaps into the air and plunges the Parhelion Wing into the ground, forming a Blessed area. Blessing of Dusk provides Ally Damage Bonus. Blessing of Dawn Tan-2 leaps into the air and plunges the Parhelion Wing into the ground, forming a Blessed area. Blessing of Dawn can heal allies at a high rate.

  • Flare

    Passive

    While in Dawnstar or Duskstar mode, Tan-2 can accumulate two different kinds of Flare by dealing weapon damage. Scout Rifle and Sniper Rifle shots grant and 15 Flare respectively, This effect has a 0.1s cooldown. Once Flare reaches 100, the next Sunset or Sunrise will be enhanced. Casting an enhanced Sunset or Sunrise grants Tan-2 the Phosphorus effect for 6s.

  • Sunset

    Signature 1

    Shoots a fireball forward that deals damage to combatants and inflicts Sunset Scorch and Corrupt. Sunrise Shoots a healing orb forward to continuously heal allies.

  • Twilight Shift (To Dawnstar)

    Signature 2

    Switch from Duskstar mode to Dawnstar mode. Twilight Shift (To Duskstar) Switch from Dawnstar mode to Duskstar mode.
