Is Telperion good?

Telperion is a shadow mage whose damage runs in rows: every third hit on a target adds Shock and extra damage, and attacks on elementally debuffed enemies gain a large Crit boost. The row shapes make her damage inconsistent, but in an elemental team she has a lot of potential. We rate her D tier.

Lv. 3: Increases own Attack by 15%. Lv. 4: Umbral Edge and Voidsplitter increase the target's next Overdrive Energy Consumption by 1 after dealing a Crit. Lv. 7: The trigger condition of Void Disintegration is changed from 3 Damage instances to 2 Damage instances.

Channels a beam of energy, dealing magic damage equal to 432-592% of Attack to enemy units in a straight line. This skill can trigger the Punishment effect. When the Punishment effect is triggered, damage is increased by 40%.

Deals magic damage equal to 160-280% of Attack to a row of enemies, with an extra hit on the center target.
