Is Vice good?

An R-rarity sustain and debuffer with real tank potential. Whenever he lands a debuff, his passive heals him for 25% of max HP and cleanses one of his own debuffs, sending any overflow to the lowest-HP ally. His S1 can Taunt twice per use, so he can chain-taunt bosses and ignore their mechanics while healing.

He's very cheap and never disadvantaged, but useless against enemies that can't be debuffed, and his cleanse only affects himself.

Strengths

  • Heals and controls at once
  • Can chain-taunt bosses
  • Very cheap R unit
  • No type disadvantage

Weaknesses

  • Useless against debuff immunity
  • Cleanse only affects himself

Profile

Vice carries the title "Rogue Crew". Vice is a male Animus.

Background

Union Report=Animus Vice, Identity Code S11-093003, Re-A Chip Status: Normal, Some Fluctuations Within Acceptable Range.A street enforcer active within the underground gangs of E-01, Vice thrives on fighting.

Wherever conflict arises, he is never far behind.

No matter how formidable the opponent, this guy never backs down.Lacking any obvious energy-based abilities, Vice relies purely on brute force in combat.

Then again, it's not like he has much intelligence to speak of—he has no real grasp of danger, nor any understanding of the consequences his actions might bring.

A pure, unfiltered thug. No doubt, he's exactly the kind of muscle gang leaders dream of having.

|-| Memory FragmentI=Vice gripped his bat tightly, cornering a group of small-time thugs.

He was pumped after being suppressed by that weak and cowardly boss for so long, he finally had the chance to cut loose. He swung the bat, aiming for one of them—Missed!

The bat slammed into a metal fence instead, getting tangled in the wires.

Vice grumbled, fumbling to yank it free, irritation growing as the cornered thugs started whining before he had even touched them."You, uh...

you should twist it that way!" The green-haired, baboon-looking guy trembled as he spoke.

Vice tried it—and sure enough, the bat came loose."I-I helped you, so you can't hit me now, right?" The baboon guy grinned nervously, inching backward.Vice kicked him square in the gut."Like hell I can't." The alley echoed with pained screams.

|-| Memory FragmentII="Is this guy an idiot?"In the middle of a gang brawl, two low-ranking thugs huddled in a corner, watching Vice throw himself into the fight."Never seen a fool like this before.

Gang fights are just about showing presence why the hell is he actually going all out?" one thug scoffed.

"And it's not just me thinking this-look at Asshu's face over there, haha!

That's the first time I've seen him eat dirt like this.

Someone snap a picture! I'm blowing it up and plastering it all over E-01-let's see where he hides his face then!""Wait...

look at him!" The other thug suddenly pointed toward the chaos, his voice rising in alarm.

"Damn it, he's still hacking away! Somebody stop this brute before the cops show up!

And if he actually backs them into a corner, how the hell are we supposed to clean this up?

Someone-do something!” |-| Memory FragmentIII=Vice's name was spreading through several underground gangs, and many leaders wanted to recruit him.

The reason? Simple—he was tough and fearless. But each and every one of them hit a dead end.

Vice seemed completely oblivious to their hints, and his utter lack of interest in any benefits made them wonder if he even understood basic social norms.

Did he not realize that ruling the underground, bathing in wealth, meant having everything at his fingertips?"Oh, he really doesn't get it," Asshu smirked as he announced to his competitors that Vice had joined his group."What did you offer him?""Nothing." Asshu shrugged.

"I just told him he could punch whoever he didn't like.”
