Charlotte Corday's damage hinges on landing skill seal, since her finishing move hits far harder against any target with a sealed skill, and since her own kit can apply that seal directly, when it lands her damage output ranks at the very top of single-target Casters, even at just 4 stars. Her opening skill adds Confusion on top, which has a shot at sealing a skill each round, and her class trait bumps up how often those seals actually stick.
She also charges up to 60% of her own NP through her third skill, or supports an ally with the same charge instead, and her second skill buffs the team's Noble Phantasm damage while generating stars for other attackers. Without landing that seal though, her damage drops off sharply, and she's especially weak against any debuff resistance or immunity.

Charlotte Corday was the woman who assassinated the prominent leader of the Jacobins, Jean-Paul Marat, during the French Revolution.
Her lovely appearance, paired with the fact that she planned and executed the assassination both efficiently and all on her own, earned her the nickname "the angel of assassination."

Her hobby is reading, and if it weren't for certain factors, she would have spent the rest of her life in a monastery, never leaving her mark on history. However, French Revolution causing the monastery to close changed her fate forever.

The girl's motives for assassinating Jean-Paul Marat are complex. But if it had to be described in a single phrase, it would be "to save a hundred thousand lives."
In her eyes, Marat was someone who agitated the citizens and continued to cause bloodshed in the name of revolution and was the very cause of the nightmarish upheaval in France.
Normally, this reckless plan would never have worked. But with a bit of luck on her side and no small amount of contempt, she managed the assassination.
Later, investigators would attempt to determine whether or not she had anyone else working with her in the assassination plot. While there were those she deceived to obtain referrals, it was concluded that Charlotte Corday did indeed work alone.
She was ultimately executed by guillotine, and the executioner was none other than Charles-Henri Sanson. Sanson spent two hours with Corday, accompanying her from her cell to the execution site and later praised her in his memoir, saying she was valiant until the end, showing neither fear nor anger.

A silent and warm assassination by Charlotte Corday, who was dubbed the "Angel of Assassination".
Until the moment they are killed, the target feels no threat or indication of murderous intent. Unlike other assassination Noble Phantasms, evasion through Intuition or Mind's Eye is difficult.
The more times the target is aware of her appearance, her words, and her mannerisms, the assassination success rate goes up.
The bias that a lovely woman like her would never kill anyone intensifies.

According to her, her second chance at life began with despondency and despair. This is because, using the knowledge granted to her upon her summoning, she determined that her assassination ultimately did nothing to change history, nor did it help set the world on a better path. Consequently, even though she had only just been summoned, she saw herself as worthless. However, thanks to fighting alongside the Master of Chaldea, she's begun to regain her innate cheerful nature.
In the Fifth Lostbelt, she was summoned by Odysseus and unwittingly served as his spy, but was freed from his control when the Zeus Klironomia in her Spirit Origin were removed. She went on to assassinate Odysseus entirely on her own. That Charlotte Corday also had faint romantic feelings for the Master of Chaldea, which she did her best to hide. However, she ended up revealing her feelings right as she was about to disappear, as she lost the memory of deciding to keep these feelings secret. Sadly, her love vanished into the setting sun along with Charlotte herself, never to be requited.
