Red Hare does not possess the Heroic Spirit Lu Bu's Noble Phantasm's Heaven Scorcher Halberd, God Force. What is fired instead is a version of God Force...or at least a giant shot heavily inspired by it. It may not be a massive beam of magical energy, but the heavy bow does fire a giant spear.

It likely ended up so during Red Hare's search for a large and powerful arrow, where he ultimately came to the conclusion that he all he really needed was a spear to get the job done.

Red Hare, known as Lu Bu Fengxian's favored steed, may have had the ability to physically fuse with the famed Flying General... or so some whisper in the more obscure corners of the Clock Tower. Seriously. That's an actual rumor. I swear. Of course, that would mean that Red Hare isn't a normal horse, but some supernatural being who simply loves carrots the way real horses do. Right?

Maybe he was some kind of robot, but the truth remains a mystery.

What we know for sure is that the notion Lu Bu somehow fused with Red Hare is pure nonsense. His appearance is a side effect of the Noble Phantasm "Red Form," symbolizing the close bond between rider and horse. That's it. He's not Lu Bu. We're sorry for the deception.
