As the soul of the city, she generally likes people. Whether she loves them as animals or simply appreciates them as elements that color her existence as a city remains unclear.

She's a cool, aloof beauty. She goes at her own pace, doesn't worry much, and acts on impulse. When her anger crosses a certain line, she hurls insults that make her seem anything but a model student. This happens quite often.

That's the usual Tenochtitlan, but since the current situation involves summer and travel, she's completely in a honeymoon mood.

"I won't ask for anything difficult. All you have to do is sign this relocation form, okay?"

That said, her fundamental raison d'être is "to protect the people living in the city."
