Is Yang Guifei good?
A Foreigner whose single-target NP hits burning enemies much harder, and she can apply Burn herself through her skills and after her NP, so any enemy that accepts debuffs becomes a target.
The catch is timing: her own burns land after damage or when she's attacked, so without a support or Command Code that burns, the bonus is hard to get on the first turn. NP comes easily from 10% per turn, an NP drain of up to 60% and two Arts cards, though her attacks refund little against Berserkers, her usual matchup. Target Focus plus Invincible keeps enemies off her team in hard quests. We have her at B.

A section from the epic poem written by the famous poet Bai Juyi titled, "Chang hen ge (Song of Everlasting Sorrow)" that retold the story of the undying love between Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei. The "Rainbow Feathered Robe" passage was said to have been commissioned by Xuanzong for Yang Guifei. The poem was later forbidden for its symbolism of ruinous beauty, and its musical scores have been scattered and lost.
Yang Guifei became a Taoist nun before she was taken in as an imperial consort, and during that time she was trained under the Taoist Luo Gongyuan to ultimately gain the title "Taizhen." Her soul became that of a sage after her death, and it is said that she continues to wait to reunite with her beloved emperor.
The star from the abyss chants a song that doesn't reach the ears of the common people.

In order to quell the anger of the soldiers, as they were convinced that Yuhuan of the Yang family was personally the cause of the rebellion, the emperor had no choice but to order the consort's death. The area where her body was buried in the outskirts of the city was later excavated, but her remains were never found.
That's right: Yang Guifei's karma to send others to ruin combined with her devilish beauty drew the attention of an evil, foreign entity, and her soul was beckoned in. The numerous legends told after her death also became the source of power for Yang Guifei, the Servant.
Now set upon the battlefield, Yang Guifei serves her Master to the best of her abilities, and that is the truth. However, there is only a fine line between the good she swears by and madness.
