During Stellar Outburst, DMG dealt by Heart's First Bloom counts as both Combo ATK DMG and Weapon Skill DMG. Moving, Like a Grand Event's Opening: During Astral Ring Charging, Weapon Skill deals an additional 300% ATK of Ice DMG.   Evade or jump to dodge enemy attacks. Can evade twice in a row on the ground, jump once in midair. When Ultimate Evasion or Ultimate Jump is successful, triggers Ultimate Evasion Skill. Ultimate Evasion Skill: Causes global Time Fracture for 3s; CD: 16s. Dreamy, Like Cloudborne Letters (unlocks at S2): Non-Ultimate Evasion and Non-Ultimate Jump can also trigger Ultimate Evasion Skill. Serene, Like Whispering Leaves (unlocks at SS): Ultimate Evasion Skill can be connected into Basic ATK SEQ 4. While performing Basic ATK SEQ 4, if there are enemies on the field and the character's SP is below 150, it will be restored to 150; if the character's SP is a negative value, 150 SP will be restored instead. This effect is cleared upon exit.

  Ultimate

  Can be charged up to fire multiple arrows. Synergizes with Love Blossom, creating a magnificent dome. Tap or hold [ULT] to perform. Initially consumes 100 SP to create a central arrow that deals 300% ATK of Ice DMG and applies 18 Rime Trauma. If you continue charging, it will continue consuming SP to create additional arrows. When total SP consumption reaches 125/150, it creates 2/4 additional arrows, each dealing 200% ATK of Ice DMG. When SP is insufficient, all existing arrows are fired early. SP cost: 100. CD: 1.5s. When Hi♪ Love Elf♥ is the leader, during Stellar Outburst, her Ultimate initially consumes 200 SP to create a central arrow. When total SP consumption reaches 600/900/1,200, 2/4/6 more arrows are created, each dealing 200% ATK of Ice DMG. If SP is insufficient to create more arrows, it can be overdrawn into negative values, and up to 1,000 points can be overdrawn. Hi♪ Love Elf♥ cannot use Ultimate again when her current SP is less than 200 or below 0. While Love Blossom blooms, Ultimate will target Love Blossom. The central arrow deals 400% of ATK of Ice DMG. While charging, Time-frozen Domain is in effect. Outside of Stellar Outburst, Ultimate fires at Love Blossom to trigger Ever-Blooming Garden, dealing 400% ATK of Ice DMG. When Ultimate fires 1/3/5 arrows, the triggered Ever-Blooming Garden lasts 2s/4s/12s. During Stellar Outburst, Ultimate fires at Love Blossom to make Love's Expanse undergo In Full Bloom, dealing 800% ATK of Ice DMG. Limpid, Like Petal-Flecked Streams: During Astral Ring Charging, triggering Ever-Blooming Garden will apply 18 Rime Trauma to all enemies on the field. In Astral Ring Charging state, after using Weapon Skill, the central arrow the next Ultimate fires at Love Blossom deals an additional 400% ATK of Ice DMG. This effect is lost after exiting Astral Ring Charging state. In Stellar Outburst state, after using Weapon Skill EX Heart's First Bloom, the central arrow the next Ultimate fires at Love Blossom deals an additional 600% ATK of Ice DMG. This effect is lost after exiting Stellar Outburst state. Brilliant, Like Stars Set In the Sky: As the leader, during Astral Ring Charging, Ever-Blooming Garden deals an additional 200% ATK of Ice DMG, and Love's Expanse's In Full Bloom deals an additional 800% ATK of Ice DMG. Incisive, Like True Knowing: When Ultimate charged to maximum arrows hits SD-type enemies, it detonates their Critical Value. Tender, Like Bedtime Stories: When entering via QTE, triggers Planting Love's Blessings to restore SP: ● With Grail of Infinitude activated, restores 15 SP to self as the leader, or 30 SP to self as a regular member. ● When activating World Star or Wheel of Destiny, restores 30 SP to self instead. QTE: Elegant, Like a Circling Song: QTE: Triggered when enemies are affected by Time Slow, or when teammates cast Weapon Skill or Ultimate, or when Time-frozen Domain triggered by teammates ends.   Passive

  Conjures Love's Expanse to fight together. When Hi♪ Love Elf♥ enters Stellar Outburst, she will simultaneously conjure a patch of Love's Expanse under herself, providing buffs for the entire team. When she is the leader, Love's Expanse increases her Total DMG by 12% and restores 1,000 HP per 1s for all team members. When she exits, Love's Expanse will be hidden until she re-enters. When she is defeated or Stellar Outburst ends, Love's Expanse will disappear. Love's Expanse starts in Early Spring state. When Hi♪ Love Elf♥'s Ultimate hits a blooming Love Blossom, Love's Expanse will undergo In Full Bloom. Love's Expanse's blooming will progress through the following states: Early Spring, Warm Spring, Lush Spring. When Love's Expanse is in Lush Spring state, Link Ultimate Love's Cosmic Embrace becomes usable. Hi♪ Love Elf♥'s max SP increases by 50. Her Basic ATK and QTE can both trigger Planting Love's Blessings's effect to restore additional SP. Outside of Stellar Outburst, when the character's SP is less than 150, Planting Love's Blessings is triggered to increase SP recovery rate by 400%. When in the team, SD-type enemies' threshold becomes a special threshold. When detonated, it immediately triggers Stardust Deconstruction once, and all Stardust Remnant dropped become special Stardust Remnant named Crystallized Wishes (Crystallized Wishes has the same mechanics as Stardust Remnant; consuming Crystallized Wishes increases DMG dealt to SD-type enemies' max HP by 5%). When Hi♪ Love Elf♥ is the leader, all arrows created by Ultimate deal an additional 300% ATK of Ice DMG. Triggering Ever-Blooming Garden deals an additional 600% ATK of Ice DMG. During Stellar Outburst, all sequences of Blooming Wishes and Heart's First Bloom deal an additional 100% ATK of Ice DMG, while Love's Expanse's In Full Bloom and Link Ultimate Love's Cosmic Embrace deal an additional 500% ATK of Ice DMG. Animating, Like New Year's Snow (unlocks at SS): As the leader, during Astral Ring Charging, landing a fully charged Ultimate for the first time will restore an additional 5 Astral Ring Intensity (only triggers once per battle). Unforgettable, Like a Wonderous Paradise: When Critical Value on SD-type enemies is detonated, if they no longer have Critical Value, their Consolidated form lasts 10s shorter (CD: 1s).
