  Leader

  Increases team Ice DMG by 10%. Increases QTE, Combo ATK, and Charged ATK's Total DMG by 9%. Bond with the SUGARS (unlocks at S): Team deals 20% more Ice DMG. QTE, Combo ATK, and Charged ATK deal 12% more Total DMG.

• Charged ATK: Shift, Otherworldly Dance

  Special ATK

  Use Half Note to fire a precise shot. When Cheer reaches 150, hold [ATK] to consume all Cheer to release Charged ATK. She will aim and fire, dealing 600% ATK of Ice DMG and ATK x 10 of DMG (manifests as HP loss). Traveling with Savior Anchor: When Charged ATK hits, Total DMG increases by 20% and Ice DMG increases by 20% for 8s. Triggering it again resets the duration. Ode to the Seven Seas Troupe (unlocks at S): The HP loss DMG inflicted by Charged ATK increases to ATK x 140. When Charged ATK hits, recover 15 SP.

  Quickly dodge attacks up to 2 times in a row. A successful Ultimate Evasion triggers Ultimate Evasion Skill and causes global Time Fracture for 3s (CD: 15s). Drifter of the Quantum Sea: When triggering Ultimate Evasion, recover 150 Cheer.

• Roller Dance, Shining Now

  Ultimate

  Leap into the air and enter sniping mode. Leap into the air and enter sniping mode. Sniping mode triggers Time-frozen Domain, which pauses all skill timers and the stage timer. Use Half Note to fire 3 times, dealing 500% + 500% + 700% ATK of Ice DMG. Furthermore, each projectile inflicts 4 Rime Trauma. SP Cost: 125. CD: 20s. Unwavering Admiration (unlocks at S): When Ultimate hits, team deals 20% more Elemental DMG for 15s. Triggering it again resets the duration. Road Gloomy and Perilous: Within 15s of landing Ultimate's last SEQ, if an Ice DMG dealer on the field inflicts HP loss, the affected enemy will take 16% more Ice DMG for 5s. Triggering it again resets the duration. Starlight of Hope (unlocks at SS): When each shot of the Ultimate hits, restores 7 SP to all team members, and reduces the Ultimate CD of all on-field characters by 1s until it is reduced to 12s.

  Attack nimbly with dual pistols. The first 4 sequences can be connected into the next sequence after evading. 5-sequence pistols firing. SEQ 1: Deals 80% x 2 ATK of Ice DMG. Restores 20 Cheer on hit. SEQ 2: Deals 120% ATK of Ice DMG. Restores 20 Cheer on hit. SEQ 3: Deals 50% x 4 ATK of Ice DMG. Restores 20 Cheer on hit. SEQ 4: Deals 48% x 5 ATK of Ice DMG. Restores 30 Cheer on hit. SEQ 5: Deals 500% ATK of Ice DMG. Restores 60 Cheer on hit. QTE: Fighter of the Proud Wolf: QTE: When Encore has stacked up to 10 times, Sugary Starburst's QTE is triggered. She enters from the background and shoots once, dealing 500% ATK of Ice DMG. Her QTE entry removes all Encore stacks from the team and inflicts 6 Rime Trauma on enemies hit by QTE. Diva of a Faraway World (unlocks at S): Start with 300 Cheer. Releasing QTE restores 150 Cheer. Envoy of the Paradise: When Sugary Starburst is on standby and can cast Ultimate, she will cast Ultimate on entry. Ultimate will consume all Encore stacks, and for every stack consumed, its last shot will inflict 1 Rime Trauma, restore 0.5 SP to the team, and deal 120% ATK of Ice DMG additionally. Stacks up to 6 times.

  Passive

  Passive bonuses apply automatically. When Sugary Starburst is on the team, her max HP increases by 1000 and team max HP increases by 2000. This increase is unaffected by max HP percentage increase. Her Cheer caps at 300. Her Basic ATK restores Cheer. When a teammate on the field hits an enemy, she gains 1 stack of Encore (CD: 1s). When a teammate on the field uses weapon active, she gains 3 more stacks of Encore (CD: 2s). When a teammate on the field uses Ultimate, she gains 5 more stacks of Encore (CD: 10s). When Encore has stacked up to 10 times, her QTE is triggered. Tundra's White Blooms (unlocks at S): Start a battle with 25 more SP. Triggered once every 10 minutes in Open World. While Sugary Starburst is on standby, teammates restore 15 SP to her upon dealing DMG (CD: 3s). Last Dance Around Death: When QTE or Ultimate hits, the enemy takes 12% more Ice DMG for 15s (retriggering refreshes duration), and team members recover 3 SP (CD: 5s). Lonely Figure's Watch: QTE or Ultimate deals sustained DMG, which is 160% ATK of Ice DMG per 1s for 3s. This DMG is also regarded as weapon active DMG. Triggering it again resets the duration.
