His only Stagger Threshold sits at 80% HP, so his passive switches on almost immediately and he never worries about staggering again, gaining large Offense and Defense Level Up (his strong counter can trigger it too).

His other gimmicks don't need building around, though he gains extra in Bleed and Envy teams. His own Poise gain is poor, which matters little.
