Is Hathor good?
Hathor needs to stockpile feathers, her Express Delivery Power resource, before she can cash in her Ultimate for real burst damage. She earns them through Critical Ripostes every five seconds, defeating enemies, attacking with her Redirect Skill, or holding that Skill to gain feathers whenever she's hit. Once her Ultimate is up, she enters the Emergency Delivery state, gaining movement speed and attack buffs while her Skill upgrades into Cyclone Strike, which she should fire off rapidly until all her feathers are spent.
Swapping off her mid-state cancels everything, so the whole rotation depends on committing to her once she's ready.

Background
Hathor is an incredibly reserved person, speaking very little.
She is a hard worker, almost to a fault; she is known for overworking herself and struggling with finding a work-life balance.
However, since being introduced to Haniel and Illica, Hathor has come out of her shell a bit more.
She has put an immense amount of effort into understanding her two co-workers, and has since come to appreciate anime and gacha games thanks to them.
While Hathor still struggles somewhat with connecting with the "youth", she spends much of her free time trying to understand modern popular art culture.
Hathor embodies a powerful and contrasting aesthetic, blending celestial elements with a bold urban style inspired by techwear and punk.
Characterized by long, thick silver-white hair and an icy, ash-colored gaze, she sports a majestic white, feathered angel wing sprouting from her shoulder, wrapped in dark, thorn-like tendrils that trail down the wing itself.
Her outfit plays on the stark contrast of black and white: she wears a short, black technical coat with gold star-shaped buttons on the sleeves and a high yellow collar inside, over a bold, studded white two-piece suit with cross details and a bold, belted bodice with multiple buckles cinching her waist.
The look is completed with black fingerless gloves, asymmetrical hold-ups (white with studs and black mesh) that match the thorn-like motif tattooed on her thighs, and heavy black boots with studs and buckles.

Aerial Command
SkillTarget locked, time to wrap this up quickly. Hathor leaps into the air and strikes with her wings, slashing targets in front of her. Upon casting, she gains 2 stacks of Express Delivery Power. Hold Redirect Attack for Hathor to start charging, increasing the power of Aerial Command and applying the Five-Star Tracking effect to targets within range. Hathor charges for up to 5s, during which she deals AoE Lakshana DMG to a gradually expanding area. Hathor stops charging when the Redirect Skill button is released. Five-Star Tracking: Lasts 5s. During the effect's duration, if the target actively attacks or hits your team, Hathor gains 3 stacks of Express Delivery Power.
Rider Express
UltimateGet out of the way. Hathor summons a motorcycle made of thorns, circles around and charges at targets ahead with increased speed, then launches into the air and dive-bombs the ground, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area. For a period after skill cast, Hathor enters Emergency Delivery status and no longer gains Express Delivery Power. In this status, Redirect Skill: Aerial Command upgrades to Redirect Skill: Cyclone Strike, Movement Speed increases and Hathor gains ATK bonus based on Express Delivery Power stack count. Switching characters removes Emergency Delivery status.
