Is Skia good?
Skia tags enemies with stacking marks through his basic attack and skill, then closes in as a shadow to cash in on that damage. His rotation calls for boosting those stacks with his ultimate and a control effect first, then shifting into shadow form to run enemies down.
Despite the neat kit, he lands at the bottom of our tier list, and outside combat that same shadow form gets him up vertical surfaces without spending stamina.

Background
Skia is a very serious, no-nonsense sort of person.
He is a hard worker, and a natural born leader.
He does not appreciate laziness, and can often be seen berating Baicang because of this.
While he is somewhat self-conscious of his appearance, Skia does not mind when his fellow ETD-4 teammates tease him.
He holds great trust in his teammates, even if he is often forced to be the responsible adult to the other three.
Skia is a towering, dark-furred, commanding canine, distinguished by a scar over his left eye.
He also has large ears and a large, bushy mane.
His attire is that of an elite tactical agent: he wears a dark pinstriped vest over a black shirt, complemented by a bold red tie decorated with small bone motifs and a gold pin.
His look is heavily accessorized with functional gear, including black harnesses, reinforced arm guards, tactical gloves, and a belt featuring a large silver buckle with a wolf emblem.
At his side, he carries a holster and an ID badge bearing his name and agent title, giving him a professional, stern, and ready-for-action appearance.

Basic AttackSkia uses disciplined martial arts techniques to perform up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Lakshana DMG. With each hit, 1 Fang Thrust splits from Skia's shadow to pursue the target. Up to 3 Fang Thrusts can lock onto a single target at once.
Pen to Paper
Critical RiposteUse Basic Attack: Arresting Art after triggering Critical Dodge. Skia strikes opponents with ink-splash-like shadows, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area and reducing Break.
Shadow Hound Chase
SkillIdeally suited for pursuit. Skia sinks into his own shadow and enters a Tailed state, dealing 6 instances of Lakshana DMG to the surrounding area. For each target hit, 3 Fang Thrusts split from Skia's shadow to pursue the target. Skia then transitions into Shadow Hound Gnaw mode. When Tailed is active, Fang Thrusts remain locked onto the target after dealing damage instead of disappearing. While in Shadow Hound Gnaw mode, Skia moves freely across ground or wall surfaces and becomes undetectable to nearby enemies. He gains immunity to most normal attacks (this mode is canceled if hit by area damage). Colliding with an enemy locked onto by a Fang Thrust triggers an additional attack from that Fang Thrust. Press Basic Attack or switch characters to exit this mode early. Walking off ledges in high places also exits this mode early. Skia deals 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area when exiting this mode.
The Pack
UltimateIdeally suited for crime suppression. Skia flicks a spinning lighter, causing his shadow to surge outward in all directions, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area. Following the burst, the shadows converge like a pack of hounds on a single point, dealing 3 additional instances of Lakshana DMG to an area. After casting Ultimate: The Pack, Fang Thrusts deal increased damage (including collision damage during Shadow Hound Gnaw) and apply a control effect to the target with each strike.
Arrest Warrant
Support SkillLike a relentless pursuer that cannot be shaken off, Skia commands his shadow to lunge and bite the target with the ferocity of a police canine, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area.
