Miyu Sahara (Puppet) is a 4-star Navigator and the only one who provides sustain every turn, shielding the party, raising Defense and restoring SP. Her shields aren't enough to be the team's only sustain in hard fights, and her Seashell stacks build slowly from repeated Skill 1 use; her Skill 3 is best saved for the end of a fight since two stacks are lost when it ends.
She's a good early safety net.
