Is Yumi Shiina good?

Yumi Shiina (Phoebe) is a Navigator who gives the biggest damage buffs in the game by collecting attribute Mixers whenever allies deal damage, mixing three into a Cocktail and spending them on her skills. She wants frequent attackers, ideally of one attribute, plus Saboteurs that cut Defense or add Pierce.

She can also restore SP and scales well with Awareness, but she's very hard to master, restrictive in team building and expensive in Awareness and weapon.

    Effect: Incrase party's Attack by 8.7% of Yumi's Attack. When an ally uses a skill, spend 1 Cocktail to strengthen that skill's effects. Higher quality Cocktails will be used first. Tailor-Made, Standard and Basic Cocktails will increase skill effects by 120%, 100% and 50% respectively.

  • Charming Gaze

    Buff · Cooldown 4 ally actions

    Effect: Increase ally's damage by 1% for every 230 of Yumi's Attack and their Max HP for 2 turns. When the target deals damage to a foe, restore the target's HP by 2% of damage dealt for 1 turn. When activating a skill, spend 1 Basic or Standard Cocktail to gain 1 Tailor-Made Cocktail.

  • Invigorating Blend

    Buff · Cooldown 8 ally actions

    Effect: Spend all Cocktails to increase party's attribute damage based on the targeted ally's attribute for 2 turns. Increase damage by 1% for every 230 of Yumi's Attack. Each Tailor-Made, Standard and Basic Cocktail consumed will increase the effect by 120%, 100% and 50% respectively. Increases effects on targeted ally by 1.2 times. If 2 or more Standard or better Cocktails are spent, increase targeted ally's critical damage.

  • Enhance Stat

    Buff

    Effect: Increase party's stats by 20% of Yumi's stats.

  • Cocktail Party

    Effect: Increase party attribute damage by 2% based on main attributes of party members.

  • Taking Orders

    Effect: At the start of battle, gain Mixers based on the most common main attribute of party members participating in the battle.
