Is Chloe good?
A DPS who deals Thunder by moving cards out of the deck. Magnetic Track pulls back a discarded card and applies Thunder scaled by its cost, Magnetic Flux halves card draw cooldown, and while her 10-second Ultimate field is up every discarded card applies Thunder, more with Yellow cards.
She's an easy flex pick for ranking in challenge stages, but needs Awakening 2, and 
Ikara covers the same cost-generation role better.
Pairs well with: Ikara.
