Is Hayabusa good?
A DPS who deals Rend and Slash with fire statuses and interrupts, and turns Invisible to avoid targeting, which can cheese some content. His Fetter and Imprison ignore crowd-control immunity, such as the Tenno Dojo effect, so leading with him trivialises hard content like high BCRL Outpost Battle Plans.
He's expensive at the Awakenings that add follow-ups and a damage taken debuff, and his draw and cost generation are weak.
