Is Snipper good?
Snipper burns enemies as a Physical attacker and piles on extra damage as the fight goes on, dealing bonus damage based on a target's Max HP once four enemies are already down.
Burn is especially handy in the Earth Particle Dungeon. He's an early-game pick overall, and with only single-target attacks he's not a great choice for rerolling.
