Is Yuri good?

Yuri leans on a mix of Burn, Ignore Defense, and Crit damage as a magic attacker, and since her Burn triggers off crits, Crit Rate gear makes her hit even harder. She's particularly useful anywhere Burn matters, like the Earth Particle Dungeon, and picks up a Revive passive once she reaches 6th Transcendence.

Her single-target-only kit keeps her out of reroll consideration and lands her in our C tier.
