Is Cecia good?
A Sorcerer built on bounce attacks: her basic attack bounces between four enemies, and her Ultimate channels for 12 seconds, summoning spirit heads that each bounce 13 times, with two more heads when three or more allied summons are out.
Her Talent gives allied summons a permanent, undispellable damage buff. Her AoE keeps her useful outside summoner teams, and she's at her best in PVP.
