Is Alexi good?
A Dusk's Devotion AoE DPS built to pair with 
Livian. Her Talent lets synergy allies overflow HP into Phantom Blood, up to 100% of max HP, as an extra defensive layer, and she can spend her own for extra effects and extend Blood Moon.
Her Ultimate and Special clear waves extremely well, which suits kill-count Night of the Hunt stages and the high-DEF adds of the Haunted Sepulcher Temple of Light. She's tightly tied to Livian and built around specific gimmicks.

When Livian is present as an ally, after the first Breath ends, releases another Breath in the target direction, dealing 1800.0% ATK (M. DMG) to all enemies in the cone.
