Is Livian good?
A single-target DPS who also heals and buffs Dusk's Devotion allies. With 
Alexi on the field her Talent lets her enter Blood Moon instantly without other Moon Phases, giving every Dusk's Devotion ally 80% physical and magic damage reduction when she does.
She can also break boss parts, which some mechanics require. Without Alexi her Talent is switched off, and her healing and buffs only reach synergy members.

TalentCasting Ultimate while an allied Alexi is deployed immediately triggers a Blood Moon state. During this Blood Moon state, all allied Dusk's Devotion characters gain 80.0% P. DMG Taken Down and 80.0% M. DMG Taken Down. Each subsequent activation of this Blood Moon state reduces these DMG Down effects by 25.0%, down to a minimum of 30.0%.

SpecialAfter every 3 Basic ATK, deals 600.0% ATK (M. DMG) to the target and inflicts M. DMG Taken Up (Moderate) for 7 sec.
Velvet Mirage
Ultimate · Ultimate Cost 0Gains 9 stack s of Scarlet Shade, then begins Channeling for 10 sec. Every 0.2 sec, Livian deals 150.0% ATK (M. DMG) to a select enemy target while restoring HP equal to 80.0% of her ATK to allied Dusk's Devotion Vassals, additionally restoring 80.0% of her ATK to Alexi. If the current target cannot be selected, Livian automatically switches to the nearest enemy unit. While Livian is Channeling, if an allied Dusk's Devotion Vassal casts their Ultimate, she grants them 4 stack s of Scarlet Shade for 10 sec.
