Is Sirene good?
A Marksman who buffs other Marksmen. Each time her damage dealt adds up to a bit over half her max HP she gains a Festering Desire stack, up to four, each adding 25% attack speed and strengthening her Special.
Her Ultimate marks a target for focus fire and gives allied Marksmen 25% basic attack damage and 50% range for 6 seconds, 2 more per stack. She's part of the 
Timeless Aiona team for bossing.

This skill counts as a Basic ATK, and both Dark Mark and Dark Intentions last 6 sec, extended by 2 sec for each stack of Festering Desire on Sirene.

SpecialEvery 3 Basic ATK(s), releases a shadowed spirit at the target, dealing 300.0% ATK (P. DMG). Each stack of Festering Desire causes Sirene to release an additional spirit dealing 50.0% DMG. This skill counts as a Basic ATK.
