Is Spectral Gilrain good?
A PVP Assassin who opens each battle by blinking to the enemy furthest away and summons up to two Shadowy Apparitions. While one is with him, dropping below 50% HP restores 25% and makes him untargetable for 2 seconds.
His Ultimate slashes a cone, dealing double to non-bosses under 15% HP and more for each apparition, and summons another on a kill. Strong in PVP, weak elsewhere.
