Is Joanne good?
A top support and the first unit with two personalities, Depressed and 
Innocence, who can sit in any row, which makes her close to mandatory for both teams. Her Freshman skill applies Dispersion to herself and the two highest-ATK allies, spreading enemy damage across them, and her Dream Form changes by row: front gives shields and damage reduction to the front row, middle gives the team attack speed, back gives skill damage and SP recovery.
