Is Neti good?

Neti brings an extremely high shield, a lasting Obsession buff, and a mineral mechanic that can hit at least four teammates with damage and healing at once, so she covers both tanking and support. Her ultimate is the real engine: once Obsession triggers, her attack speed and range jump noticeably, and she can even put out steady single-target damage despite being built as a tank.

The catch is how much she leans on that ultimate and her Tog to function; without them she has no active crowd control, long recovery windows on her attacks and skills, and a warm-up period before Obsession gets going.
