Is Rudd good?
A Vivacious tank whose Freshman skill shouts for AoE damage, applies Noise to cut enemy damage and heals her, with extra healing over time below 50% HP. Her short-cooldown Senior skill slams five times with knockback, a final stun and a big heal.
Her kit is synergistic, but her tanking falls short, and 
Vela is set to replace her.
