Is Vela good?
Vela combines tank durability with real team support: she can taunt the whole enemy team and self-heal without help, and her Everlasting passive gives her sustain that's hard to whittle down. Her passive also buffs up to six allies' attack, max HP, and healing, adding attack speed and damage reduction once her second costume unlocks, and stacked with other damage-reduction skills, team efficiency can top 70%; her own magic attack is high enough that she puts out solid damage for a tank.
The opening is early: every fight starts with her needing to land her basic skill first, and until then her slow SP regen and low defense leave her vulnerable, especially in PvP without teammate backup.
