Sakura Bakushin O is small in stature compared to other umamusume with an average build.

She has chestnut-brown hair that is held in a high ponytail that just reaches the top of her thighs.

Her bangs fall cleanly on either sides; a style she prefers because not only does it show her face well, it is a gift from heaven as an honor student (in her words).

Her headband is gold and she wears a purple scrunchie on her right ear, which match with her purple and gold hair ribbons.

Her eyes are a purplish-pink in color with a cherry blossom pattern at the center of them.

Her race outfit consists of two parts. She wears a sleeveless pink, white and grey jacket topped with gold epaulets and a gold tie.
