Is Akafuyu good?

Akafuyu hits hard and heals herself on every attack, and her passive rewards fighting at low HP with extra attack speed. One skill turns her attacks into two hits for more damage, the other trades half her current HP for a defense buff and a shield.

She's fragile early since she can't be directly healed and only blocks one enemy until Elite 2, but once she gets there she holds up fine on her own. We have her at B tier.
