Is Aurora good?
A support light cruiser whose main job is making destroyers and light cruisers easier to hit: as long as she's afloat, every enemy of those types loses evasion rate. That makes her worth bringing to maps where the boss is a destroyer or light cruiser, and to exercise matches against fast Vanguards.
She also deals extra damage to small craft, which clears suicide boats quickly. Her HP is low and the debuff ends when she sinks, so build her to survive.
