Is Ajax good?
A Rare light cruiser whose retrofit pushes her firepower and torpedo stats high enough to keep pace with much rarer ships. The retrofit skill boosts her torpedo and evasion and adds up to 30% damage against medium-armor enemies, which covers most of what you fight in normal maps.
Her defenses stay thin, so pair her with a support skill or give her gear that adds HP. As a Royal Navy ship she fits a cheap, hard-hitting fleet built around 
Queen Elizabeth.
