Is Cassin good?
A cheap destroyer built for long farming runs. Once per battle, when her HP drops low, she heals a large chunk back, so she can take a beating in one fight and still be ready for the next. Retrofit raises her stats and adds a skill, which makes her very efficient for her oil cost on harder maps.
Her max HP is small, so a bad volley can still sink her outright, and she's best next to other self-healers like 
Downes or 
Phoenix with a repair ship in the backline.
