Is Cheshire good?
Cheshire fires a frequent special barrage that lands right on the enemy's position, so it hits reliably against mobs even when she's on auto. She also carries some of the best anti-air of any ship type, with an extra AA mount and a skill that raises it further when she takes a hit, and her high base HP plus a 15% damage-reduction skill make her tougher than her raw stats suggest.
She misses out on the opening torpedo salvo that limit break normally grants torpedo-type ships, so she's not built for that side of the kit.

Not obtainable via construction or drops; obtained through the Development Dock (Royal Navy tech points 700+) by completing development missions: accumulating vanguard fleet EXP (1,000,000 then 2,000,000), completing research projects (5 then 8 times), collecting T2 (x10) then T3 (x5) cruiser blueprints, and turning in 20,000 funds plus 5 mental cubes.
