Is Comet good?
A Normal-rarity destroyer that supports torpedo-heavy destroyer lineups by raising allied destroyers' torpedo stat. Retrofit adds a smokescreen that boosts evasion for the Vanguard, and together with her improved stats that makes her a cheap, dependable pick for farming harder maps.
She's at her best in low-oil destroyer fleets.

Skill 3After battle begins, and 15% (30%) chance to activate every 15s after that: deploy a smokescreen for 5s. Escort ships within the smokescreen have 20% (40%) additional Evasion Rate, does not stack with same skill effect.
