Is Crescent good?
A survival-focused destroyer with evasion near the top of the game and an evasive skill that pushes it higher. Retrofit gives her a smokescreen that raises evasion for nearby allies and cuts airstrike damage, though it won't stack with another ship's copy of the same skill.
Her HP is low, so the hits she doesn't dodge hurt. She's nearly identical to 
Cygnet (15 less evasion, 10 more firepower), and as a Royal Navy ship she gets even harder to hit under 
Queen Elizabeth.
Pairs well with: Queen Elizabeth.
