Is Fortune good?
Fortune, once modernized, cuts damage to the whole main fleet by up to 15% for as long as she stays alive, and she also carries a six-second self-invincibility skill with roughly a 30% chance to trigger. That combination is genuinely useful in tougher stages where protecting the flagship is the difference between a clear and a loss, but her own HP is low enough that a hard hit can take her out before she gets the chance to matter.

Nice to meet you commander, I-I'm Fortune. As an F-class destroyer, I did my best. Royal Navy F-class destroyer Fortune; I transferred to the maple country's navy together with my little sister Foxhound.
