Every 20s: 70% chance to fire a Lv.1 (Lv.10) special barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level; if there is another Dragon Empery ship in your fleet, the barrage's activation chance increases to 100%). When this barrage fires, selects 1 random enemy and applies 1 of the following debuffs to them, lasting 8s: 1) Decreases FP and TRP by 10%; 2) Decreases AA and EVA by 10%; 3) Inflicts a special Armor Break.

Skill 2When the battle starts: lights a firecracker; 15s after this, there is a 40% (70%) chance to set off a bianpao. The bianpao inflicts a special Burn ailment to your Vanguard for 8s; ships with this Burn have their Crit Rate increased by 10% and take 1 DMG every 2s.
