Is Fu Shun good?
Fu Shun leans entirely into main-gun firepower, and her crit rate buff stacks with her already-powerful guns for strong gunnery damage. Torpedoes are a clear weak point though: both her torpedo stat and modifier lag behind other destroyers, and her crit buff doesn't extend to them anyway, so she's best paired with support ships rather than run for torpedo damage.
