Once per battle, when this ship takes DMG that would sink her, this ship evades that DMG and the following effect applies: this ship has a 73% chance to evade all DMG for 5s; if this effect does not activate, this ship recovers 8% of her max HP.

Skill 2When the battle starts, for every Sakura Empire ship in your fleet: increases this ship's DMG dealt by 1.2% (3%) and RLD and TRP by 1% (5%) (can be stacked up to 3 times). Every 15s: fires a Lv.1 (Lv.10) special barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level). When this ship fires her torpedoes: 15% (30%) chance to fire another wave of torpedoes; if this effect does not activate, then the next time the special barrage listed in this skill activates, that barrage will be improved (each barrage can be improved up to 3 times).
