Skill 23s after the battle starts, and every 15s: launches a Lv.1 (Lv.10) special airstrike using two seaplanes (DMG is based on the skill's level and this ship's FP stat). Each seaplane applies a debuff to one enemy that increases their DMG taken from Kursk by 1% (10%) for 10s (the debuffs can target the same enemy and can be stacked up to 2 times).
