Is Maury good?
Maury combines a long-lasting self-evasion buff with strong torpedo damage and solid firepower for an 
Eagle Union destroyer, making her tough to pin down and hard-hitting at the same time. She only comes through an encyclopedia collection reward though, so she tends to show up later than most other ships in a roster.
