A Normal destroyer whose one trick is a reload buff of up to 40% that lasts long enough to squeeze out extra torpedo volleys. It only rolls every 30 seconds and can fail, leaving her another half minute without it.
Her stats are low across the board, especially her HP, and even her torpedo and evasion are just average for a Sakura Empire destroyer.
